Missing funds

A friend just sent me some money a little bit ago. I received a text message saying that they did so, but when I log onto my account, I cannot find it anywhere to transfer to my bank. What could be causing this?

Double check the email address they sent the payment to was correct and the one you use with paypal AND that you have verified it.
