When I try to pay in eBay I have trouble . When I select method PayPaI in eBay I see one message "add debit or credit card" but I have card already. What can I do.

Do you have an active PayPal account? Have you confirmed this card on your PayPal account? Have you linked your eBay and PayPal account for a faster payment option?
