I'm trying to order some goods from a website called HampsteadMall.com using my personal PayPal from Japan, but I keep getting this message "PayPal is currently experiencing technical difficulties..."
I've been trying for two days now, using different devices, and this message keeps popping up.
I'm wondering if the problem is that, since the website is US based, that making purchases from Japan is impossible (even though the homepage reads shipping to Japan is ok). If that's the case, I'd rather be informed of that, so I can look for alternative sellers. I've emailed the website's customer support regarding this problem, and awaiting their reply.
Should I wait until this problem fixes itself? Or should I give up and find another online shop?
