When I try to edit tracking details I get an error message.

As the title says when I attempt to edit tracking info on a package I had sent out to someone it comes up with an error message reading "We're experiencing technical difficulties. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried different methods of troubleshooting like using a mobile device, Google Chrome, and Edge but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me fix this?
