Mercari purchase

I made two purchases on Mercari and noticed that instead of using my PayPal Credit line it will eventually take the money from the bank account I have linked to my PayPal account. Is there anyway to have the purchase changed over to my Credit line? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
