International Bank Transfer

I have two questions:

1) A family member in The Netherlands is going to send me money. Can the money be sent to my PayPal account with a bank transfer?

2) If so, about how long would it take?

If the sender has a PayPal account with a bank account linked and confirmed to the wallet page, they can send the payment and select their bank account tasks the funding source. Generally, it should be fairly instant if PayPal security system doesn’t find an issue with the funding source and both PayPal accounts themselves. There’ll be some delays since it’s gonna go as an eCheck. 5-7 days, in rare occasions, it’s longer than that. For a faster bank payment, the sender should also link and confirm a credit card to have as back up. PayPal will pay ahead to you immediately and process the bank payment, waiting for it to clear.

What I meant was a bank transfer using routing number and account number.

Well thats a bank to bank transfer and nothing to do with paypal.

To clarify: Can I receive an international bank transfer using the routing number and account number assigned to my Paypal account?
