A user issued me a refund and refund is in the process of being refunded. But they keep asking for money even after the transaction. If I block that user, will that refund still be valid?
If the refund is issued and marked completed, barring it won't be canceled or declined due to lack of funds in the recipient's PayPal balance or bank account, blocking the User, if that is even possible, shouldn't stop the refund.
