I have problem to refund buyers

Hi, I had this problem and in the past. When I want to refund a buer and press the refund button on the transaction I get a message We were unable to complete this payment. Please add money to your PayPal account and try again. But my paypal account has money in it!! How can I resolve this???

I would try again once more after switching off and on your wifi/data connection as bad/unstable/weak signals can interfere with processing and if it fails a second time, immediately back off the account for a day or maybe two and carefully try again, making sure each page loads completely. Could be the internal security system got spooked so do not try to force it. Must treat it with patience/gentleness (lol but serious), its all software and could get temperamental.
