I am trying to issue a full refund to a buyer per the buyers request so I initiated a cancellation within ebay but it said something about it failed and that I need to issue the refund. So I follow the paypal refund process for the full amount but it is not adding the fee and taxes to the refund therefore the full amount being refunded is more that what is in the account. Can you please fix this!!!!
Fees are no longer refunded, you would need to add extra to your paypal balance to fund the full amount unless you fund it from your bank account instead.
