I can't send funds

I can't send funds it keeps saying "sorry we weren't able to complete your payment. Pls try again".

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to make the payment that you're trying to make. That can happen for a few reasons. Please get in touch with customer service to allow them to assist in determining what's happening and seeking a resolution.
