Hello,
A buyer has opened a case for a refund, and I am happy to refund her. However, Paypal has put the money that she originally paid me on hold and taken the money out of my £0 Paypal funds so I was at -£100. So I paid £104 back into the account just to be safe and I now have £4 in the account. I went back into the resolution centre to try and give the refund however it tells me I don't have enough money in the account. I have already added the correct amount for the refund so I don't want to add any more! How can I refund her without adding any more of my own money?? Is the other £100 I added in there somewhere?? @PayPal_Ana @PayPal_Jo @PayPal_EJ
Thanks!
