I can’t pay with my Paypal Balance and the only option is to pay with my credit card.

I set my Paypal balance as the preferred method to pay but when I tried to send money to a friend, the only option I could send the money is through my credit card. The balance I had was way larger than the money I was trying to send to my friend, buy I still couldn’t send the money to that friend. I tried it on the IOS app and the website too to no avail. Does anyone have any solution?

Is she in the same country as you?
