I can't pay using paypal on ebay

For the last few years I have been using eBay with no problem paying, now when I go to quick pay using paypal it says log into paypal we can't process your payment! Nothing is showing up when I'm online yo say why it won't work! Help! I need to pay for shoes!

I've always been able to pay for eBay items through eBay using PayPal option. This is on my phone in particular. I now can't do it! Is there a change needed in settings to fix it?

I've been using Paypal for ... I'm guessing over 10 years now. I've never had an issue until now. I can't pay for anything. I missed out on the triple ebay bucks too!!!!! I called my bank, I called Paypal, no good answer was given. I don't understand what's going on. I'm verified, my id is verified, my accounts are verified... 

I can't buy anything anymore!!!!

When you say you can not pay, are you getting an error message. 

If so please let us know what it is so we can give you a bit more advice.

when i hit the buy it now tab, my browser automatically trys to verify my paypal info with out asking how i want to pay. i then get a message box saying that internet explorer has encountered a problem and must close. time and time again. i have been useing pay pal for years and never had a problem.

I'm having the same problem used various browsers but nothing works..! It just comes up with the number (157) try eBay.com but that doesn't work either..!

I can't send my payment on Ebay.  I have cleared the cache, cookies  but still it doesn't help. Please help.
