I'm sorry to hear that you have been having trouble making purchases. It sounds like you've had some payments declined. This can occur for several reasons. One possibility is that the security system has detected some sort of risk associated with the payment or payments. I would suggest waiting a full day before trying the payment again, and if the problem persists, reach out to customer service for more troubleshooting.
