Since it's a newly opened PayPal account you need to make sure that you already have a funding source attached to it. Bank Account or Credit / Debit Card. Make sure funds are also available. If you don't have it linked yet probably that's the reason. Note : If you will need to use your PayPal balance, The PayPal account should be upgraded to PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus. So you can use it for purchases. How to upgrade? Simply just follow this steps. 1. Once payment received you will receive an email from us giving you 3 options.The options are * Transfer to your Bank / Card on file * Keep it as PayPal Balance * Receive it via Check in the Mail 2.
