Incorrect payment

A payment was sent to Think Tech Sales Limited 4/1/2020 for $168.42.

i called the company about 3/13 and cancelled my order. They refunded me $36.0 on 3/17 and was told everything was taken care of. On April 1st I saw the payment and need tried to stop it on 4/1. I saw yesterday it was sent, and now I’m sending this message to rectify the problem. Thank you in advance!
