How Transfer money From China to my account In Srilanka

Some of the Person Who is in China wont to sent Money  to my PayPal Account. But Hi Could not Do it. Please Tell me What is the reasons for it

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
