Haven't Received my Refund

I made a purchase on eBay and item was not delivered. I opened up a dispute case with PayPal and it was ruled in my favour on 5th December 2020. In supposed to get a refund from PayPal but up to now nothing. Its coming to 3 months since the case was closed and i haven't gotten any refund.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that card.
Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.

Its now coming to 3 months since the case was closed and I haven't received any refund. I paid with the card and my bank has not yet seen the transaction up to now
