Have not received my refund from Dundle.com

Hi, on June 10th I was issued a refund by Dundle.com in which it was cleared on the 15th June. It is now the 19th of August, more than 1 month since the refund has been issued and I have not received the money on my visa debit card. It says refund was sent to my card although it shows "VISA x -undefined" on my activity history. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? I have already called up the bank to check if they have received any money from Paypal or Dundle.com but still nothing.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
