when I check out with paypal I got this msg:
Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

Fortunately, that's usually a temporary condition, and logging out of everything on your computer, deleting the cookies and temporary internet files and re-starting your system often help to clear things up. If the condition is still persisting, please contact PayPal Customer Service so a Representative can troubleshoot the problem in real time.

 

You may contact PayPal by phone or email (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, then click Call Us or Email Us), or you may contact PayPal via Facebook (send a Private Message) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message (DM) to @AskPayPal).
