Guest payment failed but money deducted

hi i made donation recently on a wordpress blog using paypal guest payment now my money got deducted but the payment screen froze and my donation never went through.

what to do ?

Is the transaction pending with the funds put on hold on your card account? If so, it will eventually expire and release the money within 30 days. If pending beyond 30 days, contact your card to void the authorization.

so how do i know if the funds are  on hold  or not in my account statement it is just showing balance deducted.
