I'm getting extremely frustrated. I'm trying to send money to someone for their royalties. The money has been placed into the PayPal account and I'm trying to send from the account balance. However, when I go to send it, I get this:
"Sorry, your preferred funding method isn’t available. Please choose different one."
What is this and how do I fix it? I've never seen this before and it worked fine earlier!
