Error when redirected to Paypal for payment

I encounter the following error when I try to proceed to the payment from the merchant website; 

I get the following link and message: 

webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=8d3a3101c9832&code=GENERIC_ERROR&mfid=1582574557571_5b398f...

 Can you please help on how to solve this issue? Thank you!

That's definitely frustrating. 😞 This seems like an issue with the merchant's checkout process. I would advise trying to clear your cache and cookies and try a different browser or device. If that doesn't work, reach out to the merchant and let them know about the issue with their checkout so they can look into the problem.
