Echeck payment pending

My echeck payment is still pending after the money has been deducted from my bank account

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post. 

With eCheques, your bank account will be debited when the payment is initiated. However, the recipient will typically receive the money up to 10 working days later and this is when the eCheque will show as complete.
