Ebay say didn't receive Payment from PayPal

I'm a beginner of ebay selling and I received a order and November 4 got buyer payment for PayPal successfully. But Ebay say buyer hasn't paid yet and didnt received payment from PayPal. But I received payment successfully. How can I solve this problem. Please help me.

Are the funds showing in your paypal account BALANCE?

If so then did the buyer pay you direct and not via ebay checkout?
