Missing Information

Hello, I received an email from PayPal stating that I have a payment from Patreon and in order to receive it, I need to provide the missing information at the resolution centre. This is what the email states - log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. However, there isnt any information left to fill. I am unable to understand what I am supposed to do. Kindly help.
