A seller has refunded me via an e cheque and it has taken more than 10 working days , what should I do ?

Wait until PayPal notifies you whether the eCheck has cleared or failed/canceled.
If it comes back failed or canceled, you won’t be receiving a refund at this time as the seller has no money. If you paid by credit card, do a chargeback through your card issuer instead.

Then once the echeque has cleared it will go back to your paypal credit account.
