E-bay 'payment initiated'

Hello, could some good person help me please? I don't understand why I'm not being paid via PayPal when 'payment initiated' comes up after an eBay sale. I can't send the goods until payment is made and buyers don't understand why I can't see their payment on PayPal. I don't understand what I am supposed to do under the circumstances in order to help the seller and give them their goods whilst I need to receive payment first?

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

Hi @Di44

Thank you for raising your concern through our community forum.

When someone sends you money, we’ll email you advising you to open a PayPal account so you can claim that money. The money will go directly to your PayPal account balance.

Your Activity page is a record of the payments you’ve sent or received.

If, in the event, this payment "initiated" doesn't seem to appear on your PayPal. Do not ship the merchandise.

Hope this helps. Stay safe!
