When a purchase is made, there is usually an option of converting with paypal (default) or convert with bank. There is no way to set convert with bank as default (THERE WAS!). Fine, I pay attention to details and I change it manually every time to avoid the Paypal gouging.
HOWEVER, there does not seem to be an option of convert with Paypal or bank when setting up an automatic payment. The conversion method can be changed once the automatic payment is set up. Since the first bill usually comes in when the payment is being set up, that effectively means, the first automatic payment is ALWAYS BY PAYPAL RATE, which is absolutely insane.
IDK if there's a way to fix this problem. Any ideas will be highly appreciated.
