Thank you for your post! I searched for some information regarding the accepted methods of payment in Nigeria on Google Play store, and it appears that PayPal is not listed. It appears that Google does not offer PayPal as an option in your country.

 

I'm sorry that the news isn't better.

You can't. It sure will be nice if PayPal can become a payment method for Nigeria in Play Store cos Nigerian banks have limited the use of their debit cards there due to dynamic currency conversion issues. Moderator, kindly escalate this suggestion to the appropriate quarters.
