I tried paying a purchase using paypal with my credit card and I received an e-mail that it was declined. I am trying to add money through transfer however the submit button wont even work. The credit card and I have a debit card seem to be valid to Paypal but when I hit submit nothing happens. I need to make sure that I can pay this purchase soon as I don't want it to decline. Is there anything I can do? Im not sure if I did something or if its a system issue but I would feel really bad if the payment was rejected as I promised to pay a person through this system and I am trying my best to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.
