Covid unemployment payment

I have been waiting to receive my unemployment covid relief through my paypal mastercard that was issued to me by the Employment Department and nothing has posted nor can i access the online bank account that comes with the card through The Bankcorp Bank. Can someone point me in the right direction to find out whats going with my deposit

Do you have the PayPal Prepaid Debit Mastercard? Or the PayPal Cash Debit Mastercard? Those are two entirely different cards.

If you have a PayPal Cash or Cash Plus account/PayPal Cash Debt Mastercard, you will be given a direct deposit account number and routing number two provide your Unemployment Office and the funds will appear in your PayPal balance in 3-5 business days once payment is sent.

With the Prepaid card, the direct deposited funds will end up on your PrePaid card account, not the PayPal balance. To access the card account, did you activate the card online and link it to your PayPal account?
