Charged invoice when cancelled, how to contact paypal??

I started a free trial with a service only to get a single detail for a project I needed. I tried to end the free trial the same day, but it did not go through (I didnt know that it took at least 9 pages with small lettering before it cancelled... lame). I noticed my bank account bounced the invoice, so I called the service provider about the issue and they cancelled the invoice on the 12th (with email confirmation). 6 days later, I see my account bounced again for the same reason. I want to know why I was charged again, so I first assumed it was my bank doing something. Pretty hectic. So, first to list off what I tried to do; 1. Contacted my bank to resolve the bounce, which they did. They told me I needed to ask Paypal about the second charge. 2. Called PayPal. - I accidentally declined the call, so I tried to call back and it took me to the automated system. Waited for another call, answered it, but it was silent and they hung up after a second. No call back. 3. Tried to use the messaging system, but they closed the conversation before I could type/send evidence of the invoice cancellation. What do I do?? Do I call the service provider again????
