I should have a cash balance in my Paypal (personal) account because I've gotten a couple of refunds from canceled Airbnb transactions. I can NOT find a page that shows my cash balance. The impression I get from looking at Paypal help is that I might need to "upgrade" to a Paypal Cash account. I also can NOT find out how to do that? Any factual advice is welcome. Thanks.
If you DIDN'T use funds in your Paypal balance to make the transaction in the first place then they won't go back there once refunded.
Once refunded it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
