Hello!

 

I'm trying to send a payment but I get the message "Card not accepted". I've been using the same card for other payments today.. any ideas? Tahnks in advance.

Hi @DenBoz,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the card you'd like to use has been declined for the payment that you'd like to send. There can be multiple reasons for a decline. If the issue persists, please feel free to contact customer service for some real-time troubleshooting by calling. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in or click to call as a guest.
