I'm trying to make a payment and loop back to this captured page after 'adding a payment option' and linking/adding my credit card successfully. There is no pop-up message or any failure message for the error but keep bringing me back to this page.
Is this a website bug or is there any way to solve this? Thanks in advance!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
