Cannot make payment.

im able to make payment to my friends but to one person in europe some how its not working . can any one tell me why? image0.jpg

Its not about payments being declined its an error message

I'm getting the same

This action isn't supported. Please return and report this error so that we can support it in the future. (invalid client_ID or redirect_uri)
