A friend had his mother send me some money. It showed up as pending. We figured it was because she sent it marked business and there was a transaction fee. So, She sent it again marked 'friends and family.' That one is also pending. Now we assume it is pending because she never or rarely uses her bank account with PayPal.
1. Why is it pending?
2. How long does it take to finalize and allow me to access the money (remove the pending status)?
3. I cancelled the first transaction by going to the 'tracking number' area. And it shows 'Cancelled' as the status.
4. How long will it take for her money to be sent back to her bank account from the cancelled transaction?
