Can't pay online on computeruniverse.net and ebay

I got message that can't complete your order now

and ebay cant complete the npurchuase.

I linked card, but set my paypal account as preferred when paying online

HELP!!!!!!!

If you set your paypal balance as preferred then it won't go through if you have no funds in that balance.

Set your preferred payment method as your card and make sure you have confirmed that card with the 4 digit code AND the billing address of the card matches the address on your paypal account.

They match and still doesn’t work. EBay works perfectly
