Can't make a payment because my balance is in 2 currencies.

I need to pay in USD but my balance is in USD & MYR currencies. My USD balance is not enough to cover it but my MYR currencies has more than enough. I have make USD as my primary and i've set Paypal Balance s my preferred. When i try to make a payment in USD, it will link to my USD balance and credit card. I really dont want to pay using card. How to change my balance to all USD? or is there any other way i can pay using my USD balance and my MYR balance?

Paypal will convert currencies from your bank account or card BUT if you are using funds in your paypal balance then they have to be in the correct currency.

Click on your balance > manage currencies and see if you can convert to USD (fees apply) and also that may not be available on a personal account in your country.

Failing that you may have to just withdraw the funds to your withdrawal funding source and then use your balance and card option.
