please, help - I need to pay for an item in pounds, I have some balance in USD and want to convert it to pounds to cover the payment partially, but the link to convert the currency is gone. I did a conversion a few days ago and it was there - now it is not. Paypal support is closed, I must pay today, I do not want to let the seller down but I cannot do so until I convert the balance! thank you in advance.
