I have been waiting for a credit for 2 months from a merchant I paid through PayPal. I received an email from PayPal that the credit has been issued. That was on October 2, 2019 but heard nothing from the merchant. The original purchase was on September 22, 2019. I have yet to see this credit on my credit card statement.
