Have to cancel the pre-existing automatic payment and then make another transaction with the vendor at the amount you want. But you can contact merchant and ask if they can do it from their end or through your account at their website first.
To access your automatic payments:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
