This is a payment for Discord NITRO. During the payment I did not find any option to choose the conversion. And my account already set USD as primary currency. But when I received my payment detail from my bank, I found that the payment is paid using Paypal conversion.
I used the Paypal message center to ask for help to change my payment from using conversion to charge my credit directly. But the message center JUST GIVE ME THE AUTO REPLY MESSAGE EVERYDAY. Now I open a ticket to report this issue but it turn out Paypal contact Discord and wait for their response???
AND THANK FOR THAT NOW MY DISCORD ACCOUNT IS DISABLED DUE TO VIOLATION BECAUSE OF PAYPAL ACTION IN THIS TICKET!
All I need is Paypal charge this payment from my credit card directly. I mentioned it in every messages and that ticket but it seem that everyone just bypass my words. Now I am facing useless auto reply Paypal message center and an open ticket that awaiting Discord response. But this issue is made by Paypal charge incorrectly. Hope anyone here can help
