I've had an automatic monthly payment setup that has been working for several months but whenever I log in and look at my automatic payments it doesn't show any active payments. Yet am still getting billed monthly. I finally called PayPal and had them cancel over the phone but am not feeling confident. Have a feeling it will charge again next month. Anyone else experience this?

Try these links to see you have any Active Autopays:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ap-manage-preapprovals
https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
Otherwise, if that payment shows up again, you can report it as billing error by clicking the transaction and click "Report a problem". Explain in the notes that you canceled this payment but it is still being charged.
You can also contact the merchant to make sure your billing agreement is canceled with them as well.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

That's the issue. It shows there are no active payments although it has been billing every month.
