American express credit card I can't find that I used to buy somethingi

I supposedly had ordered something on line and fibds out that I didn't so they gave me my money back on my card I no longer have how can I find out the name of the bank so I can call them to get a new card.

Thanks for posting on the Community. 

All refunds on PayPal are processed back to the payment method that was used. If an American Express card was used to make the payment, you'll need to contact American Express. The refund will still be directed back to them. Typically, they will redirect the payment towards any new cards you have opened with them. If you no longer have a card with them, you'll need to ask them how they will send you the refund.
