Please help.I tried to make a payment for a service this morning nd I couldn't. I called PayPal and they said my account was limited for a potential risk.I don't understand .I have never had an issue and only use PayPal to pay for services .The customer rep I spoke to couldn't even explain and said to contact unfortunately there is nothing she can do .PayPal didn't explain what I did.l wrong .I need help to resolve this. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction .PayPal has my ID and verification so I dont know why they didn't give a clear explanation. There has to be an explanation.
