PayPal Pro - Invalid merchant information.

I setup a PayPal Pro account and tested with website and all appears to be working fine.

However, when running a live transaction I get the following error:

Error code 5: Invalid merchant information. Processor does not recognize your merchant account information.

Is this error because of PayPal Pro setup.  Trying to trouble shoot how to fix.  

My account says it is LIVE.  

Any direction/suggestions would be great!
