Pay Out Status - Woocommerce Affiliate

Hi,

Ir'm trying to embed Paypal in my e-commerce site. Recently i started working with affiliate software that handles everything automatic. Pay outs to my clients don't seem to work in the live mode. That work until pending in the sandbox mode.

When i check, i can see that this is mentioned on my affiliate portal:

Be sure your PayPal account has permissions for Payouts. https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accountStatus/

This is not the case. What should i do. Is this something that can just be activated? I've clicked activate and then nothing happens except for 'contact us'.

Thank you for contacting PayPal community.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes, you will need to enable payouts feature to process payments in Live mode.

Unfortunately, we don't have account level access to toggle/update account settings.

I request to please  check with PayPal Customer Service via this link (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone). They will be able to assist and enable the feature accordingly.
