PayPal Manager is unavailable - any ETA on when it will be back?

Hi,
When attempting to log in to PayPal Manager (at https://manager.paypal.com/) we receive the following error:
"Error: Bad login/password combination. Please try again."
This is the same ID we have used to log in to this account for the last 14 years (we haven't changed anything at our end).
@not_here @PayPal_Olivia - Is PayPal Manager unavailable for use, and is there an ETA when it will be back up again?

Hi @mikewz,
Just checked internally and we're not aware of any issues logging into PayPal Manager. My suggestion is to Contact the customer service team and check that there are no restriction's on your account. They will be able to check into any settings that may be stopping you from being able to access the Manager account.
